1. Introduction
The second release of BINETIX® PTM™ 2020 (dated June 2020) is a regular upgrade from version 2020.1.1. The content of this bundle refers mostly to module "MG Payments" covering the most recent updates of AgentConnect™ 15.12 required by MoneyGram®. However, this version includes also variety of functional improvements spread around the existing PTM modules. a.Description The following modules are updated and provided within the installation bundle of this release: •Module "MG Payments" •Module "Documentary Operations" b.What is new? •AgentConnect™ 15.12 is fully synchronized and certified in accordance with the most recent requirements provided by MoneyGram®. •New functionality is added to manage allocated amounts of money when issuing letter of credit. •New tab for Fee management is added to all documentary operations. c.Functional Changes and Fixed Issues •All reports are now exported to Excel with the first sheet named in Latin only as "Sheet1" rather than on Cyrillic (when needed), in order to avoid crashes in MS Excel when the print function is activated. •The facility accounts are now changeable across the orders the documentary operations. •The size of the attached files to a documentary file is increased to 15MB. d.Non-functional Changes (none) |
3. Assumptions and Prerequisites
✓This version is a stand-alone upgrade and therefore all the previous PTM versions and upgrade MUST to be successfully deployed prior the current installation. ✓The Installer of this package will not modify the configuration files already setup by the previous installations. ✓The Installer of this package will not modify or remove your Windows firewall, MS IIS and Windows schedule settings. ✓The existing database connectivity is assumed to be fully functional and operational under version 2020.1.1. ✓Under normal circumstances the Installer will deploy this upgrade without restarting or rebooting the system. However, during the installation process you may receive a warning on that matter and an implicit confirmation could be required. In this case please confirm the warning and proceed with the installation. |
